As we look forward to the celebration of the 250th birthday of our country, our nation prepares to mark a monumental milestone: the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This Semiquincentennial anniversary is not just a reflection on history, but a profound opportunity to celebrate the enduring principles of community, liberty, and unity that define both our country and our club.
Capital Conservative Women has thrived under the banner of these shared values. Our members have consistently dedicated themselves to fostering a strong local community and contributing to the rich fabric of our region. This historic milestone offers us a unique moment to look back at our own legacy while reaffirming our commitment to the future.
To honor this extraordinary occasion, our club will host a special commemorative event on Saturday, June 20th. We will have several speakers who will give us a presentation on the history of our country.
We want every member to be a part of this historic celebration. Whether you choose to attend an event, volunteer for a commemorative committee, or share your own stories of what community means to you, your involvement is what makes our club complete.
